Special note: Some halls you might book require you to use their caterer. Always ask if anyone can cater your event at the hall you want. Rooms listed seat at a minimum of 200. Most rates are negotiated. Rooms have A/C unless otherwise noted. This list was provided by the Terre Haute Visitor's and Convention Bureau and was current as of 3/04.

Ask Questions!! I have been to events at almost all of the above places. They all have strengths and weaknesses. ASK QUESTIONS!!

 Negotiate the fee. Does the room require event insurance, security? These items are extra. Does the hall restrict you to use a certain caterer or bar service? Ask about parking. Is there room for music and a dance floor? Does the room have a PA system? Some halls may require you to rent tables and chairs from another source. Get in writing what time your event can stay till and if there is any fee for staying longer. Get a signed contract. Email me with any other questions.
